Current Projects & Activities
In my current role as Senior IT Business Analyst with USC Information Technology Services, I serve as one of two lead BAs on a project to design and implement Workday Onboarding across the University and USC Hospitals, transforming organizational new hire onboarding processes into a digital, paperless process.
Through the project, I lead regular design sessions, demonstrating product functionality and highlighting key decision areas and prepare demonstration videos to communicate new functionality, gather user community feedback, and support change management efforts.
Outside of USC, I serve as Business Finance Manager for Migratory Notes, a weekly guide to rapidly changing immigration issues for journalists, policy makers, lawyers, academics, advocates, and immigrants themselves. The newsletter synthesizes exceptional immigration journalism and highlights emerging practices to connect with multiethnic communities.
